VENDOR AGREEMENT FOR PHOTO USAGE
All vendors who would like to use photos by Chloe Moore Photography for social media, portofolios, websites, and all promotional purposes must abide by these rules.
Violation of these rules is a violation of copyright law and may result in legal action.
_____1. You may NOT edit, filter, or alter the images in any way (this includes Instagram filters)
_____2. You must always link back to Chloe Moore Photography's social media accounts when posting photos online and please credit the other vendors involved whenever possible as well!

*for all other mediums just credit/link to chloemoorephotography.com
_____3. If the photos are to be used for web banner advertisements or print advertising/mailings, vendors must pay a photo usage fee. This agreement only applies to online usage for social media and for website portfolio purposes.
