Portrait Session Pricing
Deluxe Session $1500
*$1400 if shot by associate photographer
-includes up to 1.5 hours of coverage at the location of your choice within 25 miles of Hermosa Beach
-allows for two different locations within a 5 mile radius and outfit changes if desired
-great for large families, extended family shoots, engagement sessions with multiple locations, and newborn sessions
-all photos included in an online gallery with unlimited full-resolution downloads (typically about 175-200 images)
-10 images of your choice can be retouched (skin blemishes, fly away hairs, etc) additional retouched photos can be purchased for $10/photo
Standard Session
$950
*$850 if shot by associate photographer
-includes up to 1 hour of coverage at the location of your choice within 15 miles of Hermosa Beach (sometimes two locations can be done if they are very close together)
-great for families of 6 or less, engagements, newborns, lifestyle sessions
-all photos included in an online gallery with unlimited full-resolution downloads (typically about 100-150 images)
-5 images of your choice can be retouched (skin blemishes, fly away hairs, etc) additional retouched photos can be purchased for $10/photo
Half Session $650
*$550 if shot by associate photographer
-includes 30 minutes of coverage at one location only in these cities: Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach (sometimes El Segundo or Northern Redondo can be accommodated as well but it will depend on where my other sessions are located that day)
-great for quick family sessions, headshots, maternity sessions
-availability for half sessions is mostly weekday afternoons/evenings and are often shot back-to-back at the same location with multiple families.
-all photos included in an online gallery with unlimited full-resolution downloads (typically about 50-75 images)
-retouching not included but can be purchased on photos of your choice for $10/photo
NOTE: To have an associate shooter photograph your session instead of Chloe Moore, there is a $100 discount off the packages listed above. Please mention if this option is something that you would prefer when you are booking as associate shooters are only available on certain days.
Pop-Up Mini
Session Events
$350
***Only offered on certain occasions - stay tuned to my social media to see posts about when these mini session marathon days are offered! Pop-up sessions will NOT be offered between the months of August-December. Look for these pop-days surrounding Mother's Day and Father's Day and other non-holiday card season times!***
-15 minutes slots booked back-to-back at a pre-determined location
-8-10 full resolution photos

WEAR: Here's an outfit inspiration pin board that I send to clients who are looking for guidance on what looks best with my style of photography but absolutely feel free to ignore it and be yourselves! I love that too :-)
PAYMENT: I do not require a deposit for portrait sessions. Payment is due on the day of the shoot in the form of cash/check or if you prefer electronic payment Venmo (@Chloe-Moore-2) and Zelle both work.
RESCHEDULING: If you need to reschedule for whatever reason, that's totally fine, things happen! But please reach out to me as soon as possible! If you are wanting to reschedule due to less than ideal weather that is obviously a bit of a last minute decision so make sure you text or call me because I don't always have time to check email before running out for shoots! My cell is 727-492-6764. If you are running late for your session that is totally okay but please call or text me to let me know if you are able to and also be aware that it will cut into your shoot time as I often schedule shoots back-to-back or if your shoot is at sunset, we will lose the light after that time. Also be aware that rescheduling during the months of Sept-Dec can be difficult to accomidate as I am typically booked up and may not have other spots to move you to.
DELIVERY: All images are delivered electronically in a gallery through a hosting company called Smugmug. My promised turnaround time for portrait sessions is 14 business days (or if payment is delayed for whatever reason, the 14 days starts when payment is received.) You will be able to download the full-resolution files directly from your gallery at any time and have print rights to print your photos wherever you would like - there is no time limit on when the gallery expires.
